Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. Website creation is $99 one time. After launch, you can choose maintenance for $50 a month, or skip the monthly plan and pay $10 per change request. There are no annual agreements. If you register your own domain name, the registrar bills you directly for it.
How does monthly maintenance billing work?
It's pay as you go. Invoices go out at the beginning of each month and are paid then. Your first month is prorated based on when you start. If you cancel, your maintenance runs through the end of that month and then stops. There's no annual agreement and no cancellation fee.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. We build your site first and send you a preview link. You only pay once you've reviewed it and approved it.
What counts as a change?
A single update, such as new hours, a new photo or a reworded section. If you're not sure, just ask. We'll confirm the price before doing any work.
What do I need to get started?
Your business name, what you offer, your hours, how customers can reach you, and any photos or logo you'd like to use. Don't have photos? We can work with what you have.
Can you help with my domain name?
Yes. We'll help you find a web address that's actually available and connect it to your new site.
Where are you located?
We're based in Bulverde, Texas, and work with businesses across the Texas Hill Country and the San Antonio area. Everything can be handled by email, so location is never a problem.
